Android: some robustness when quitting application from onDestroy()

Make sure there is not pending Pause accumulated, so the the application doesn't
remain paused and stucked in onDestroy().

Can be tested by adding:
 SDLActivity.nativePause();
 SDLActivity.nativePause();
 mSingleton.finish();
