[graphite] Clip shape intersections rely only on relative transform

Adds simple-ish cases that will come up when doing clip+draw combos
later on, and adds a case to calculate the relative transform between
shapes so if the basis is rotated but shapes only differ by a
translation or scale within that basis, they can now be combined
geometrically.
