Remove SkRemotableFontMgr

This was an early attempt at properly handling fonts in a sandbox.
Chromium did in fact run with this. In some ways it is still better than
how Chromium currently handles fonts in the sandbox. However, this is
currently unused and if written today would be done much differently.
