Introduce SkScopedStrike

A SkScopedStrike allows drawGlyphRunAsBMPWithPathFallback
to control the scope of SkStrikeInterface objects generated
by both RemoteGlyphCache and SkStrikeCache.

* introduce onAboutToExitScope() into the SkStrikeInterface
