ICU-21035 Replace backward compatibility locale_getKeywords() function. By updating the last 3 callers to do dynamic memory allocation instead, the fixed memory buffer function becomes obsolete.
This is the repository for the International Components for Unicode. The ICU project is under the stewardship of The Unicode Consortium.
