ci: Simplify the Travis CI configuration matrix Going forward, we will continue to verify the cmake build and the configure build with the hardware optimizations enabled by default, and the makefile build with the hardware optimizations disabled by default. The Travis CI configuration file is simpler, and, more importantly, the Travis CI verification process will be shorter and cheaper.
