SkYUVAInfo::PlaneConfig gains kYUYV, a packed 4:2:2 single-plane YUV config whose plane holds one 2-channel texel per pixel: the pixel's own luma plus the chroma sample shared with its horizontal pair (U in even texels, V in odd texels). This allows wrapping packed 10-bit 4:2:2 textures (e.g. DXGI_FORMAT_Y210 exposed through an aliased R16G16 view) in SkImages via the existing YUVA machinery. The config is guarded by SK_ENABLE_YUVA_PACKED_422, which is off by default; embedders opt in via SkUserConfig.h.
