Remove templates from GrTextBlobVertexRegenerator
This was originally done for performance, but I'd like to see if
there's a measurable regression here.
I think the new code is much simpler, and easier to maintain. It's also
going to be easier to retrofit with wide color.
This appears to save about 3.5 KB of code size.
