Pretty print jobs.json
I'm going to be replacing some old Ubuntu jobs and want to make
it easier to deduplicate and organize the list. Thus, I'm using
our training script also write back to jobs.json a formatted
list. This will help avoid duplicated entries and make ordering
consistent across users and platforms.
I'll also be running this on our supported branches to hopefully
make cherry-picks easier.
