      "message": "Handle arbitrary and degenerate quadrilaterals in GrQuadPerEdgeAA\n\nUpdates the handling of perspective quads to calculate the correct,\ndegenerate-safe projected quad and then derive from that the proper\nperspective quad.\n\nIn 2D, updated to determine if the optimized outset/inset procedure\nis valid, and if not goes through a more robust procedure that is\nbased on line equation intersections.
