Pack skcms_Curve better

This saves 104 bytes (out of 992) on 64 bit platforms. Anonymous unions
and structs can easily get us another 104, but I can't get the ideal
packing (that would save yet another 104) to work, so I'm taking the low
hanging fruit for now.
