Overview

    This extension adds an accuracy hint for the color matrix.  It
    allows the program to trade off precision for speed.

    parameter of GetBooleanv, GetIntegerv, GetFloatv, and GetDoublev:

    Add to section 5.6 ("Hints"):

    If the <target> argument of Hint is specified as COLOR_MATRIX_HINT
    then the <hint> argument indicates the desired quality of pixel
    colors after transformation by the color matrix.  Higher quality
    may correspond to higher-precision arithmetic, although an
    implementation may ignore the hint.
