remove links to the old OpenCL C++ Bindings PDFs from the registry (#83)

Discussed in the June 9th teleconference.  The PDFs are out-of-date
and the Doxygen-generated documentation should be used instead.
The PDFs themselves are not removed from the registry, but the links
are.
