  "message": "Add resolved paragraph direction to tests\n\nOnly the tests in BidiCharacterTests.txt specify the resolved direction,\nso we express the non-specification by using the\nneutral-direction-enum-type.\n\nRunning the tests, I noticed a small mistake I made, leading to the\nwrong resolved type being emitted.
